| For over 20 years Portobello's
has been famous for real Italian food. It all started back in
1984 when our head chef Roberto Lacapruccia opened Portobello
Ristorante in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Together Roberto and
co-manager Gabriele Colella, have gained a reputation as a great
team while starting and owning other great Italian restaurants
such as Don Valentino's in 1978 and Mt. Vesuvio's in 1963. The
original Portobello's location was a huge success and for ten
years we served the Brampton area out of our Charolais Boulevard
location. Soon we would outgrow this location and in 1994 we
moved to our current location at 341 Main Street North. For
the last 20 plus years we have seen the city of Brampton grow
and we have grown with it. Now we offer some of the best casual
Italian cuisine in cozy elegant surroundings that you can find
in the Brampton area. |
